[row][paragraph_left] In last weeks’s post, we announced that in Germany a new law against bribery has come into force on November 26, 2015. In three Breakfast Briefings in Munich on December 14, 2015, in Düsseldorf on December 15, 2015 and (new) in Frankfurt am Main on December 16, 2015, we would like to introduce and discuss the new law. Particularly the legislator’s decision to introduce the so-called “principal-agent-model” (“Geschäftsherrenmodell”) in addition to the existing “competition model” “Wettbewerbsmodell” and the re-organization of bribery of public officials cause numerous open questions which will be discussed during our Breakfast Briefing. No matter which point of view you take on this issue, we are looking forward to welcoming you to our Breakfast Briefing. The presentation will be held in German. [/paragraph_left][third_paragraph]
