Our program of basic webinars covered the key areas of competition law in the UK and in the EU and the important issues you need to be aware of. These webinars are primarily aimed at participants who are new to competition law and/or who have not had specialist competition law training or extensive experience applying EU/UK competition law. The aim of the webinars is to equip in-house lawyers with the skills to spot the issues and avoid the pitfalls.

James Robinson is a partner in the London office’s Competition, Trade & Foreign Investment department, and has extensive experience in UK and EU competition law. He is a member of the Baker McKenzie Global Antitrust & Competition Practice Group, and is Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Cartels Practice, which is ranked #1 in the world by GCR Magazine.
James has been named a Future Leader in Competition Law by Who's Who Legal and GCR.

Francesca Richmond is a partner in the Baker McKenzie Dispute Resolution team based in London. Francesca joined Baker McKenzie in 2004 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2006. She attained higher rights of audience to act as a solicitor-advocate in 2009. Francesca has been seconded to Baker McKenzie's offices in Chicago, Washington and Sydney as well as to clients Barclays Bank PLC, the BBC Trust and O2. Francesca was a marshall at the Royal Courts of Justice in 1998 and in 2000 sitting with a High Court judge.
