By Administrative Resolution N° 057-2021-ANA, published on 13 March, the National Water Authority establishes the procedure for obtaining a license for water use, in the framework of the regime of formalization, approved by Supreme Decree N° 010-2020-MINAGRI, issued 15 October 2020. It also approves the technical criteria for the evaluation of applications and formats required to achieve this effect.

On 17 March 2021, the European Commission published a proposal to create a Digital Green Certificate (DGC) to facilitate free movement inside the EU during the COVID-19 pandemic. The DGC is meant to provide proof that a person has been vaccinated, received a negative test result or recovered from the virus. The Netherlands intends to implement the DGC in the CoronaCheck App. This means that citizens only have to use the CoronaCheck App to generate a test, recovery or vaccination certificate.

Government Regulation No. 40 of 2021 on the Organization of Special Economic Zones was issued as one of the implementing regulations of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation.
