 14 – 18 September 2020

During our Antitrust Compliance week, we will focus on:

Supply Chain, Product and ESG Compliance and Liability

28 September – 2 October 2020

During our Supply Chain, Product and ESG Compliance and Liability week, we will focus on:

  • the key regulatory and other drivers behind the increasingly numerous and diverse range of claims that businesses make about their products and supply chains, from product performance and compliance to all manner of claims about environmental, climate, sustainability and human rights performance;
  • the issues these claims create for in-house legal teams and the impacts for businesses when claims become disconnected from the reality;
  • trends in environmental, human rights and sustainability claims and what they mean for supply chain governance and due diligence. We are delighted that our experts will also be joined by Professor Robert McCorquodale of Brick Court Chambers, expert in business and human rights law and Susanne Stormer, Chief Sustainability Advisor, Vice President at Novo Nordisk; and
  • key legal issues and anticipated future legislative developments for product regulation and liability specifically as well as AI more broadly.
