Mark Tibberts is a partner in the North America Banking, Finance & Major Projects Practice Group in New York. Mr. Tibberts has a wide range of finance experience, including bank loans, private placements, trade finance, and Rule 144A offerings. He also has represented buyers, sellers and other participants in numerous mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures involving energy and infrastructure projects. Mr. Tibberts has represented the full range of energy industry participants, from traditional gas and electric utilities to commercial banks and other lenders and developers and private equity firms.

Kenneth Chua is a partner and the head of Quisumbing Torres' Employment Practice Group. He is also a member of the Financial Institutions and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Industry Groups. He is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Asia Pacific Employment & Compensation Steering Committee. He has 23 years of experience advising clients on various labor and employment issues, including compensation and benefits, employment contract and employee handbook. Kenneth serves as the legal counsel (representing Quisumbing Torres) for the Global In-House Center Council Philippines (GICC). He sits in the Tripartite Executive Committee and the National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council of the Department of Labor and Employment as representative of the employer sector. Kathrin Marchant has been working with the Banking and Finance Practice Group of the Munich, Frankfurt, Paris and London offices of Baker McKenzie since 2005. She currently serves as a member of the Firm’s Energy, Chemicals, Mining and Engineering Industry Group and the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.
